\n Organization, Management and Control Model and Ethical Code (in Italian) <\/h2>\n

The Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model Decree 231\/2001 Compliance Model and a Ethical Code, tools designed to promote a culture based on the principles of legality, fairness, transparency, and accountability.<\/p>\n

The 231 Model identifies the principles, rules of conduct, and organizational safeguards adopted by the Organization to prevent the commission of offenses relevant under current legislation.<\/p>\n

The Ethical Code, on the other hand, defines the values and principles to which all those who work for the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano, in any capacity, must adhere.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

he Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano promotes a culture based on the principles of legality, fairness, transparency, and accountability. In accordance with Legislative Decree 24\/2023 and its own Organizational, Management, and Control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001, the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano has adopted an internal reporting system designed to encourage the disclosure of conduct, acts, or omissions that may constitute violations of regulatory provisions, the Code of Ethics, Model 231, internal procedures, or otherwise harm the integrity of the Organization.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To ensure maximum confidentiality and security in the handling of reports, the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano has adopted the My Whistleblowing IT platform, which serves as the internal reporting channel.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Through this platform, it is possible to submit reports in written or voice format\u2014including anonymously\u2014attach supporting documentation, maintain confidential communications with the report handler, and request, if necessary, a face-to-face meeting.
\nThe handling of reports is entrusted exclusively to the Supervisory Body, which operates autonomously, independently, and confidentially, in compliance with the safeguards provided by current legislation.<\/p>\n

The Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the individuals involved, and any other person mentioned in the report, as well as protection from any form of retaliation or discrimination as provided by law.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
