The Veneranda Fabbrica’s Board of Directors is made up of seven members who remain in office for a three-year period; two are appointed by the Diocesan Ordinary and five are appointed by the Ministry of the Interior, after consultation with the Archbishop, among whom one is elected President.

Minister of the Interior in office, Dr Matteo Piantedosi, with Decree D.C.A.C. No. 85/2023, has renewed the appointments of the Board of Directors for three years.
