Access updates for the Milan Duomo Monumental Complex
FROM 1 APRIL 2025
The Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano continues its commitment to a functional visitor reception strategy, with a view to constantly improving the quality of the visiting experience to the Monumental Complex.
Furthermore, the Institution is working hard to guarantee an ever better and more organised sharing of the space between those who enter the Duomo for personal prayer and those who enter for cultural and touristic visits.
Below are communicated the updates to access and services, which will be implemented from 1 April 2025 included, with reference to some rules and regulations. The current prices in effect will continue to be applied for purchases made by 31 March 2025. The price adjustments will not be applied to bookings made through the Call Centre dedicated to Third-Party Groups or to the official guided tour services offered by the Veneranda Fabbrica.
CATHEDRAL / AREA RESERVED FOR CHRISTIAN PRAYER
Access to Milan Duomo for prayer, celebrations and the Sacraments will not undergo any variations as they are free of charge.

Every day, from 7 am to 8.30 am, worshippers can, as usual, enter through the Cathedral’s side doors (Piazza del Duomo, on the side of Via Martini/the Archbishopric) and, from 8 am to 7 pm (last entrance at 6.10 pm), via the northernmost main door (Piazza del Duomo, on the side of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II).
