"The Music of Duomo", the great concerts in Duomo available for streaming from 16 May
Relive the excitement of the great events in the Cathedral with the possibility of supporting the Organ's restoration
Listen here to the most beautiful concerts in Duomo and donate to the restoration projects
After the worldwide success of Andrea Bocelli's "Music for Hope", the Veneranda Fabbrica is inviting you to listen again to the most important musical moments in its recent history with the possibility of donating or of giving a donation as a gift for "15,800 Notes for the Duomo", the fundraising campaign that supports the Organ's restoration.
Starting from 16 May and finishing on 20 June, every Saturday at 5pm, each concert will be streamed again from this page via Milan Duomo's YouTube channel.
The initiative aims to be a road to full recovery for the Duomo's activities.
In compliance with regulations, restoration on the Duomo and the Duomo Organ - with over 15,000 pipes, it is the largest in Italy and one of the largest in the world - will soon resume. These musical soirées, available for free, will also be an opportunity to continue the support for the enormous restoration of the instrument, in a particularly difficult moment for the Veneranda Fabbrica, considering the inevitable drop in tourists, guided tours and school groups over the next few months.
Take part in the “15,800 Notes for the Duomo” fundraising campaign by donating online or by giving a donation as a gift.
