In accordance with the provisions regarding the containment of Covid-19, the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano communicates the suspension of access to the Historical Complex to tourists as of 1 March 2021.

The Monumental Complex will reopen to visitors from Monday, May 3rd 2021. Further updates will follow as this date approaches.

As established in agreement with the Metropolitan Chapter and with the Archdiocese of Milan, the area reserved prayer remains accessible, as well as timetabled services and Confession. For all related information, please see the Liturgical Life section.

Open every day

Access via the Duomo’s side doors (Archbishopric side – San Giovanni Bono transept)

Every day: 6.50-8.30am

Access via the façade (north door)

Every day: 8am-7pm (last entrance at 6.30pm)

Furthermore, it should be noted that the validity of tickets and tours booked during the closing period has been extended until 31 December 2021. For any further requests, it is possible to contact the Milan Duomo Historical Complex Visitor Services Department within 30 days chosen for the date of the visit by sending an email to info@duomomilano.it
