Always thinking of a delicious Christmas marked by excellence and solidarity, Ambasciatori del Gusto chefs Cesare Battisti, Carlo Cracco and Gianluca Fusto, international spokesmen of Italian enogastronomic culture, have created these desserts.

Baci di Cracco: The iconic "Kisses" by Chef Carlo Cracco in Special Edition for the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano. An exquisite, crumbly shell of coloured, almond pastry embraces an assorted creamy filling, curious combinations, extravagant or classic flavours that are suitable for every palate.

Torrone allo zafferano by Chef Cesare Battisti: Caramelised puffed rice and saffron pistils are the main ingredients of this Special Edition soft nougat created by the Chef in dedication to Milan and to the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo. An exclusive product that blends gastronomic identity with tastiness and refinement.

Biscotti di Milano by Pastry Chef Gianluca Fusto: An explosion of flavour, they have been designed and handmade by Chef Fusto, inspired by the flavours of his childhood and the traditions of the Milanese city. Thanks to the light and tasty shortcrust pastry made from only rice flour, saffron, and extra virgin olive oil, lactose-free, they have been created to conquer and amaze at every bite.

THE WINE OF DUOMO: RED IGT VERONA & SPUMANTE BRUT IN SUPPORT OF THE RESTORATION

A toast is just the beginning of the festivities! With the Red Wine and Spumante Brut del Duomo produced by "La Collina dei Ciliegi", you can celebrate your Christmas and New Year with joy and in solidarity.

Red Wine del Duomo: A pure Corvina wine produced on the hills of Valpantena exclusively for the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, it is ruby red in colour with purplish hues. Expressive notes of wild strawberries, crunchy cherries, and violets hit the nose, while the palate is struck by snappy and juicy flavours, lengthening towards the end with a marked sapidity. It goes well with Italian antipasti, soups, and first courses, and is also ideal as a summer red wine served at 8°C with fresh fish dishes.

Spumante Brut Duomo Milano: Duomo Milano Special Edition Spumante Brut with its pale yellow colour, fine bubbles, taut attack and very pleasant finish is an agile and fun wine to drink, suitable for any occasion.
