Access and service updates of the Monumental Complex of Duomo di Milano
From 27 march 2023
Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano continues its commitment to a functional reception strategy, with a view to constantly improving the quality of the visit experience of the Historical Complex.
The institution is working hard to offer a complete and pleasant visit experience, also in order to ensure an increasingly optimal and orderly cohabitation of those who enter the Cathedral for personal prayer and for tourist visits. Below is the update of access and services that applies from 27 March inclusive, with reference to certain rules and regulations. The current rates will continue to apply for bookings made by 27 March 2023 and for visits to be made by 31 May 2023.
CATHEDRAL / AREA RESERVED FOR CHRISTIAN PRAYER
The methods of access to the Milan Cathedral for prayers, celebrations and the Sacraments do not undergo any changes as they are completely free.
Those who enter the Milan Cathedral for prayer, celebrations and the Sacraments can walk through a reserved area, with a dedicated entrance. From 7am to 8.30am every day, the faithful will be able to access, as usual, from the side doors of the Cathedral (Piazza del Duomo, via Card. Martini / Arcivescovado side) and from 8am to 7pm (last entramce 6.10pm), from the far north door (Piazza del Duomo, on the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II side).
