INFORMATION ON THE INSTALLATION OF THE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AT DUOMO DI MILANO
Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano (hereinafter also referred to as "VFD"), with registered office in 20122 Milan (MI), Via Carlo Maria Martini, 1, Register of Legal Persons Prefecture of Milan no. 315, Tax Code and VAT no. 01989950157, as Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller"), pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and current legislation on the protection of personal data processing.

1. Object and purpose of data processing
The processing of personal data carried out through the use of the System (hereinafter referred to as "Data Processing") is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality, and will be carried out in compliance with the rights, basic freedom and dignity of persons.
Personal data and images recorded by the System are directly processed and used for reasons of public safety and protection of property, and particularly to: i) protect the religious, historical, artistic, cultural and civic heritage of Duomo di Milano; ii) guarantee the safety of the faithful, of visitors and, in general, of the community both inside and outside Duomo di Milano; iii) reduce to a minimum the concrete danger of any crimes being committed; iv) facilitate the work of the Police Forces and of the Armed Forces for the protection of public order; v) facilitate exercising, during civil and criminal proceedings, the right of defence through the use of images in the event of unlawful acts; vi) acquire evidence, if necessary; vii) protect employees, as well as every guest and visitor to Duomo di Milano; viii) allow prompt activation of the fire-fighting system. Please note that either the access or passage of the parties concerned along the external perimeter of Duomo di Milano, as well as at the aforementioned entrances, rooms and relevant spaces necessarily involves the recording of images that may concern them.
2. Data Manager
The designated Inhouse Data Manager is Guido Nuovo, domiciled for the office at Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano in 20122 Milan (MI), Via Carlo Maria Martini, 1, e-mail email@example.com. The list of external Data Managers, Data Processors and System Administrators is kept by the Inhouse Data Manager.
3. Data processing methods
Data will be processed with IT procedures that make use of electronic devices, and may only be seen by VFD, as Data Controller, and by Data Managers appointed by the same. The server where data are stored is located at the registered office of the Data Controller. The data being processed shall be viewed by technical personnel appointed as Data Manager or Person in Charge of Data Processing, also through a dedicated VPN line. Data will be stored for a maximum of 90 days.
4. Exercising the rights of the data subjects
The parties concerned, where identifiable, are entitled at any time to: i) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of their data; ii) know the content, origin, purposes and methods of data processing; iii) obtain identification details of the Data Controller, Data Manager and the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it; iv) verify the accuracy of the data or request them to be integrated, updated, corrected, deleted, transformed into anonymous form or blocked, and to oppose Data Processing, in any case, for legitimate reasons, pursuant to Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
