Extension to Rooftop opening for bank holidays, public holidays and summer 2026
The Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano continues its commitment to implementing an increasingly efficient visitor‑welcome strategy, aimed at constantly improving the quality of the experience within the Monumental Complex.
Also in 2026, in order to ensure better management of visitor flows on days with higher attendance—particularly during holidays and long weekends—the opening hours of the Terraces will be extended until 8 pm.
On the dates indicated, the Terraces of the Duomo will observe the following schedule:

Closing time: 8:00 p.m.

Last ticket issued: 6:50 p.m.

Last admission: 7:00 p.m.

Start of closing procedures: 7:30 p.m.

1st May Labour Day Holiday
From 1 to 3 May 2026 included
Italian Republic Day
From 30 May to 2 June 2026 included
Summer
From 6 June to 13 September 2026, every weekends.
From June 11th every Thursdays there will be an extraordinary opening with musical accompaniment.
