Davide Oldani’s Easter Colomba for Milan Duomo

Ahead of Easter 2025, the collaboration between chef Davide Oldani and Milan Cathedral continues. Contemporary gastronomic excellence and creativity meet the centuries-old history of the Cathedral, a symbol of the city in the world and a standard of hope and beauty that spans eternity.

The D’Om de Milan initiative is thus renewed with the traditional Easter Colomba, which tells not only about the high quality of Italian pastry, but invites residents of Milan and travelers to discover and rediscover the treasures and curiosities hidden within the imposing pink marble walls of Candoglia. In fact, included within each package are two tickets to visit the entire Monumental Complex of Milan Cathedral (Cathedral, ascent to the Terraces by elevator, Cathedral Museum and Church of San Gottardo in Corte): a gift within a gift for the holidays.

D’Om de Milan is an expression of Milaneseness in taste and heart. With this spirit, Davide Oldani has created for the Veneranda Fabbrica the Easter Colomba with natural leavening, with a soft and fragrant dough, enriched with fragrant orange and candied cherry, mixed-flower honey, orange puree and vanilla pods, topped with an exquisite almond glaze and sugar grains.

The Colomba D’Om de Milan is available in 1 kg. format, in a white hexagonal box, at the price of €50.00 including two complimentary Combo lift tickets for a visit to the Milan Cathedral Monumental Complex and 20% discount to be used for further purchases at the Duomo Shop.
