All the results of the 2023-2024 season
Busforfun.com srl, a leading national company in the world of music, cultural and sports events, and commuting, after the capital increase subscribed by FNM in 2020 and the acquisition of BusRapido.com and GoGoBus.it in 2021, for the second year, is at the side of Milan Cathedral’s Musical Chapel, Milan’s oldest cultural institution, active continuously since 1402 and an expression of Veneranda Fabbrica, as a mobility partner for the mobility management of its pueri cantores.
In the two-year period 2023-2024, BusForFun has put in place a strategy to implement and manage mobility for the students of the Musical Chapel at the Milan headquarters, in Via Corsico 6, as well as a series of festive and evening trips to the Duomo and other areas in Lombardy and Italy. Shuttles dedicated to travel from students’ residences to places affected by the presence of the Musical Chapel for study, liturgical and concert purposes have been specially planned to meet the needs of the pueri cantores.
From the beginning of the collaboration between Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo and BusForFun to the conclusion of the current school year, the shuttles made available have traveled 68,256 kilometers, producing a savings of 291,840 kilometers of city traffic, thus reducing congestion and contributing to the decrease in C02 emissions.
Luca Campanile and Davide Buscato (Co-Founders): “Contributing, again in this academic year, to young students’ commutes makes us proud to take part in their cultivation of passions and interests.
Last year’s experience highlights the picture in a definite way, concretely demonstrating the benefits of organized shared mobility. We hope that the results obtained from the collaboration between BusForFun and Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo will inspire other companies and organizations to improve their environmental impact and offer more efficient transportation systems.”
Once again BusForFun is responding to the goal of meeting the needs of a specific community by implementing its end-to-end methodology from needs analysis to ongoing ride management to final reporting.

MILAN CATHEDRAL’S MUSICAL CHAPEL
Milan Cathedral’s Musical Chapel is Milan’s oldest cultural institution, and among the oldest in the world. Active uninterruptedly since 1402 to the present day, it is the cultural-artistic expression of Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano and guards a singular patrimony that is identified in the music that its Maestri have written over the centuries to the present day, preserved in the Archives of Veneranda Fabbrica. It was in 1402 that the deputies of Veneranda Fabbrica appointed the first cantor and singing master of the Musical Chapel, the musichus Matteo da Perugia. By the end of his term the Chapel had its full organization: maestro, organist, vice-maestro, adult singers and children. The passage of centuries brought a continuous flow of excellent masters who contributed to the evolution and enrichment of its musical heritage. In the 19th century the School was reorganized for the instruction of boys to whom, according to the custom of the time, the high voice (sopranos and altos) was entrusted.
Today the Musical Chapel, composed of adults and children, is present in Milan Cathedral every Sunday at the solemn 11 a.m. “Capitular” Celebration and on the main holidays of the year. It performs regularly in concerts in Italy and abroad; a guest at numerous music festivals, recently touring Germany (2017) and Japan (2014 and 2017). The current director is Msgr. Massimo Palombella SDB.
