D’Om de Milan, where ancient flavors meet new creations
The D’Om de Milan initiative, launched in 2024, is being reinforced for Christmas 2025. The project celebrates the Duomo, its city and Milanese gastronomic tradition through the creativity of chef Davide Oldani.
Alongside the more traditional Panettone D’Om de Milan, the leavened specialty that best represents Milan’s pastry heritage, this special Christmas 2025 will see the addition of “PanD’Om”, the D’Om de Milan’s pandoro, available in 1kg format.
The recipe follows the traditional high-leavened method, which lends the dough its softness and its delicate vanilla fragrance; the selected ingredients, flour, sugar, eggs and butter, give the pandoro its unique and unmistakable golden colour.

Among the sweet creations made by Davide Oldani in a special edition, the D’Om de Milan dry pastries are also back. Alongside the better-known PANETTONE BISCUITS and CHOCOLATE BISCUITS, the new RICE AND SAFFRON BISCUITS are also added to the good eating, which, together with the most delicious dark and milk chocolate bars, complete the incredible culinary journey that for centuries has combined good food with the marble details of the ancient Cathedral.
